Nano 3D printing 3D micro-nano printing technology mainly uses two-photon polymerization 2PP and projection stereo lithography technology

Two-photon polymerization (2PP) micro-nano 3D printing technology is a molding process that uses super-powered laser pulse light sources to combine light-sensitive materials, polymerizable materials, and liquid materials, and harden in the laser beam focus area. Two-photon polymerization uses infrared femtosecond pulsed laser as the light source, breaking through the limitation of optical diffraction, and can manufacture any three-dimensional structure with high resolution at nanometer scale. The two-photon absorption occurs mainly at the focal point of the pulsed laser. When the focal point is only a few hundred microns in diameter, the diameter of the polymer molded object can be reduced to below 100 nm to obtain a high-precision size of tens of nanometers. A typical two-photon polymerization 3D printing system uses a femtosecond laser source to emit laser power. After passing through the shutter, the attenuator adjusts the exposure time and light intensity. Finally, it is focused by the objective lens and irradiated to the resin surface. Under the control of the three-dimensional movement, it is based on a predetermined model. The path is scanned and formed. 2PP is also called TPP (two-photon polymerization)

Micro/Nano 3D printing Micro/Nano projection stereolithography technology, micro projection stereolithography, enables the laser to expose and cure the resin at one time after passing through the graphics on the dynamic mask. This technology makes full use of the characteristics of oxygen barrier polymer in curing, and greatly improves the 3D molding rate.
